These recipes will kick-start your path to better eating and healthy habits because it’s nearly summer! This two hour culinary nutrition workshop will be a mix of hands on and demo style. Ask questions, chat with other community members, and enjoy a delicious lunch together. Chop, chat, and eat!
As a certified culinary nutrition expert, I’m trained to teach you how to use food as medicine so it helps you feel amazing. And food should be fun too! I’ll teach you my tips and trick for enjoying fresh, seasonal finds without sacrificing time or flavor.

Spring Meal Prep Cooking Class Details
Please register for the Spring Meal Prep Cooking Class by Monday, June 3rd.
Registration fee is $55/student. Young children welcome to play in a room nearby.
The Spring Meal Prep Cooking Class is held in Needham, MA in my home. Address supplied upon registration.
Please let me know of any food allergies in advance. This class is gluten-free and (mostly) dairy free.
*Cancellation Policy: Any event cancellation must be received by e-mail at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled event time to receive a refund.
