What many people don’t realize is that what they eat directly affects their energy–and more. Just because a food or ingredient is labeled as healthy according to its definition, does not mean that it is something that YOU personally can digest properly or that your body can use for optimal health. 

You don’t have to suffer every day.

As a health coach specializing in uncovering food sensitivities, I can help you discover what is really going on in your body and the right foods to eat (or not eat) to keep you feeling your best. And don’t worry, you don’t have to eat “perfectly” to be healthy.

As a health coach, I specifically work with women that suffer from digestive woes and want to experience more freedom in their bodies by harnessing better sleep, healthier moods, and that may have hidden underlying food sensitivities or allergies. If you google food sensitivities, the list is long. There are many foods out there that we as humans can develop sensitivities to. This can cause havoc not only on energy levels, but many people develop skin rashes, uncomfortable digestive problems, joint pain, brain fog, sleep disruption, anxiety, and more.

That’s where I can help. I approach each case as a detective, looking to find the root cause of your sensitivities. I can work with you to get testing, start a food journal, and support you in an elimination diet to help heal your gut–and your body. This may sound confusing and even overwhelming to you. You may be thinking, Emily; please do not make me stop eating all of my favorite foods! I want to eat the things I love and that taste good! 

My health coaching and support can help you simplify the changes in your diet, so you can eat a lot of your favorite foods, make changes that last–and that give you results so that you can feel better!

My clients have seen significant changes in their bloating, nausea, insomnia, mood and energy. Many of them are even able to go back to eating the foods they love.

I also help support mothers who have a child with a new food allergy diagnosis. It can be a scary and overwhelming time. I take the stress away from all the changes involved and map out how to make simple swaps in your kitchen and favorite recipes.

There’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to how you should eat. Nutrient requirements vary greatly depending on your age and stage in life, how active you are, and your lifestyle.

This is why “fad diets” that others try may not work for you. We are all unique and should be treated as such. Some of these diets are based on science and will work for some, but may not have YOUR optimal health needs in mind.

So Who is Emily Roach?

Emily Roach is a health coach and certified culinary nutrition expert specializing in uncovering food sensitivities. She supports clients in healing their digestive troubles, skin issues, joint pain, fatigue, and more by helping discover the root cause.

Emily is also passionate about helping women with chronic stress, anxiety, and adrenal fatigue. She looks at the root cause of the imbalance and helps the body find the energy needed to heal and flourish. Emily loves helping busy and stressed out women feel energized, regulate their hormones, and beat the feeling of burnout.

Emily is a proud mama of three children. She resides outside Boston with her husband, three children, and adorable Australian Labradoodle. As a certified culinary nutrition expert and holistic patient advocate, she navigates her clients through both the conventional healthcare and holistic medicine worlds. Emily’s own health journey has included Kawasaki’s disease, a medical error, and finding freedom from numerous pharmaceuticals. She thrives on teaching other women how to empower their bodies and feel amazing.
