Emily Morning routine for moms

Are you ever confused about healthy eating?

Do you feel overwhelmed when you go to the grocery store each week? Is meal planning a huge stress for you, instead of an enjoyable way to map out your week. Ever wonder if you are eating the right way for your body? With so many options (Paleo. Keto. Anti-inflammatory. Autoimmune protocol. Whole Food. Plant Based) it’s easy to feel confused.

The secret is learning about how food helps or hurts your body

You may be eating the wrong thing. What you thought were healthy choices actually may be draining your energy, disrupting your sleep, and causing your skin to breakout. The old nutrition guidelines are outdated and were scientifically wrong. It’s time to rethink what is going to help your body thrive.

Let me tell you, I’ve been in the same place as you. As a busy mom of three little kids, I finally started to pay attention to what I was eating once I became pregnant. I thought I was doing good, but I was being led astray by confusing dietary trends. I was working in the wellness circles, but still didn’t understand food. After going back to culinary nutrition school, now I want every women to have the same benefit of knowing how to make their body thrive.

What happens when you eat the right foods for your body?

  • Better sleep
  • Weight comes off without needing to count calories or macros
  • Your skin improves
  • Stomach issues you’ve had for years go away (constipation, bloating, gas)
  • The brain fog clears and you can focus again
  • Energy increases and is steady throughout the day, without needing coffee

These are just a few of the benefits my clients see when they learn how to eat for their own body needs. It’s incredible to see improvements when women learn how to approach their health with a holistic view. I love showing you how to save time in the kitchen, but also eat real food to nourish your body.

I follow a functional medicine approach to nutrition coaching. This means we look at the root cause of your issues, instead of just treating one symptom. I’m a certified culinary nutrition expert and a graduate of an Applied Nutrition in Clinical Practice course. I’m trained to develop custom meal plans for you that will optimize your health.

If you’ve ever felt confused about what’s actually healthy, let’s set up a time to chat. You can learn more about how we can work together on my Services page. I offer culinary nutrition coaching sessions, in addition to some group classes. Cooking workshops are held in the Greater Boston area, and can be hosted in Needham, Newton, Dover, Wellesley and Weston, MA.

Let’s get started!

Thank you Emily! I’ve been talking about your class ever since. You did an excellent job and clearly know your shi$. I think we do a good job in providing healthy food for our kids (and us) but I’ve learned some new things from you, which I will definitely implement in our day to day. I already made your veggie broth (and used it!) and just ordered a nut bag today. We use almond milk a lot so I love the idea of making it at home.
