Hi, I’m Emily.

Ever wonder if you are eating the right way for your body? There are so many options. Paleo. Keto. Anti-inflammatory. Autoimmune protocol. Whole Food. Plant Based.

But what is right for YOU?

You may be eating the wrong thing. What you thought were healthy choices actually may be draining your energy, disrupting your sleep, and causing your skin to breakout. The old nutrition guidelines are outdated and were scientifically wrong. It’s time to rethink what is going to help your body thrive.

Let me tell you, it’s been a journey to get to this point in my life. An autoimmune diagnosis as a child sent me on a bumpy health road. I’ve lived through feeling awful, a misdiagnosis, and a final diagnosis of costochondritis, an inflammatory arthritis condition. You can read the full story here of my health journey from an autoimmune diagnosis at age 3, overcoming an eating disorder in high school, and dealing with adrenal fatigue during an international move. Becoming a wellness and nutrition coach is personal to me as I’m living the lifestyle to avoid going down that dark road again.

The thing I am most passionate about as a wellness and nutrition coach is helping you embrace optimal health.

These are just a few of the benefits my clients see when they learn how to eat for their own body needs. It’s incredible to see improvements when women learn how to approach their health with a holistic view. I love showing you how to save time in the kitchen, but also eat real food to nourish your body.

I follow a functional medicine approach to nutrition coaching. This means we look at the root cause of your issues, instead of just treating one symptom. I’m a certified culinary nutrition expert and a graduate of an Applied Nutrition in Clinical Practice course. I’m trained to develop custom meal plans for you that will optimize your health.

If you’ve ever gotten a diagnosis from a doctor, without any nutrition recommendations, I help fill in the blanks. You can learn more about how we can work together on my Services page. I offer private wellness and nutrition coaching, in addition to some group classes. Cooking workshops are held in the Greater Boston area, and can be hosted in Needham, Newton, Dover, Wellesley and Weston, MA.
