I follow a functional medicine approach to nutrition coaching. This means we look at the root cause of your issues, instead of just treating one symptom. I’m a certified culinary nutrition expert and a graduate of an Applied Nutrition in Clinical Practice course. I’m trained to develop custom meal plans for you that will optimize your health.

I offer private wellness and nutrition coaching, in addition to some group classes. Cooking workshops are held in the Greater Boston area, and can be hosted in Needham, Newton, Dover, Wellesley and Weston, MA.
