As we look ahead to the final weeks of preparing school lunches, let’s try to keep things fresh and fun.       There’s never anything wrong with a grilled cheese! That’s what my kids got this morning. Let them cool on a rack and then pop them into their lunch box. They stay crisp till lunch!
