Hanging on to these last moments of summer before I dig out my boots and sweaters. Such a great couple of weeks together before the beautiful chaos of school and sports begins.

I was very happy with this new protein powder from @mikunafoods. This one is #dairyfree and #lectinfree (which means no pea protein that often causes bloating.) great option for those with sensitive digestive system.
It blended well and tasted great in my coffee protein morning snack.

What a whirlwind two weeks of family fun. From the beach to the lake, we enjoyed ourselves doing all the best things of summer. Boating, jet skiing, tubing, fireworks, lobsters, and enjoying time with cousins were just some of the highlights. Cheers to time well spent as a family.💙
