Visited some favorite places, spoke a little French, and J.J. came home with some new hardware. Hockey tournaments are exhausting, but we will cherish the memories together.

Add in rosemary, cinnamon sticks, oranges, star anise, and maybe the last of your cranberries hanging around. Such a fun way to boost the holiday spirit. 🌟 #christmaskitchen
It’s the time of year where we can easily start It’s the time of year where we can easily start to lose our way and get caught up in all the festivities of a holiday month. This is your gentle reminder that small changes can still add up even in December. Get that extra walk outside (even in the rain,) remember to drink your water every day, and give yourself a little extra time to get ready for bed every night. And by all means, enjoy yourself with friends and family. Be intentional and savor what’s really worth the indulgence.🎁
