Join me in the kitchen to create an assortment of recipes to make mix and matching meals easy all week long. It’s meal prep made simple, with a focus on local, fall ingredients. Oh, and it’s all gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, with substitutions provided for vegetarians. The class includes all the recipes, an organized grocery list, and a two-hour cooking class video workshop.

Corporate Cooking Class
I had Emily teach a virtual cooking class for my office and I cannot say enough amazing things! Very kind, professional and accommodating. She is able to take all dietary needs into consideration when offering what meals you can choose from and substitutions for those who may not have certain ingredients in their kitchen. From prep to plating she was hands on making the meal with you from her own kitchen. This was an awesome, new experience for our office and we look forward to doing it again!
