Cucumber Dill Yogurt Dip

small cups of Stonyfield Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2
of an English cucumber
1
tablespoon
chopped dill
1
clove
of garlic minced
1/2
teaspoon
kosher salt
Instructions
Peel English cucumber and use half. Cut lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
Chop the cucumber and add to the yogurt in a bowl.
Add dill, garlic and salt.
Mix well and serve chilled.
This amount pairs well with one bag of chips. Increase the recipe as needed for a crowd.
