Instructions
Combine coconut milk and cane sugar in a medium sauce pan.
Cook on medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Add vanilla and stir to combine.
Pour into a heatproof container, like a mason jar, and refrigerate for at least one hour.
Add contents to ice cream maker and let it run for about 30-40 minutes, depending on your machine.
Add in optional coconut flakes in the last few minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in freezer.
