ZUCCHINI HUMMUS
Ingredients

zucchini
peeled and roughly chopped
½
avocado
¼
cup
tahini

lemon
juiced
2
tablespoons
olive oil
½
" fresh ginger
grated

small garlic clove
½
teaspoon
sea salt
pinch
cayenne pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides.
Store in the refrigerator in a glass container for up to four days.
